Through the contact/quote form on this website we collect the following personal data:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service of interest
- Message (optional)
We do not collect sensitive data or data from persons under the age of 14.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used solely to respond to your quote request or enquiry and to send the corresponding reply. We do not use it for commercial purposes or to build profiles.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, given by voluntarily submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@tecsolclima.es, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. Once resolved, it is deleted unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
6. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties, except with Resend (an email infrastructure provider used to deliver messages), which acts as a data processor under a contract that meets GDPR requirements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.

You can exercise any of the above rights by sending an email to info@tecsolclima.es with the subject line "Data protection", stating your full name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within one month.
